Summary
Targaryens… People say that they are closer to gods than to men, and perhaps that’s right. The Iron Throne certainly adds to that saying, as it is solid proof of their conquest of Westeros. But the Targaryens weren’t always these powerful dragonriders whom no one dared to question, and they certainly aren’t the only ones who can fly a dragon. Though I must admit, it is through their blood, the blood of the dragon, that makes such a connection to a dragon possible, but despite the Targaryens´ traditions of marrying inside the family, sometimes, there just aren’t enough family members to choose from, and even the Targaryens knows that to make good lasting alliances, one needs to marry outside the family, and that is where I come in.
Part 17 of my Targaryen series. This part will take place prior to and parallell with "I Got You, Brother" but instead of focusing on Kai and Jongin, the main characters will be Chanyeol and Baekhyun, although other previously minor characters from this timespan will be more explored and explained here as well, and there might even be a few new additions that you haven't seen before
