Summary
After receiving a message that the war between Autobots and the Decepticons has ended, Jazz decides to return back to his home planet. On his way, he encounters two young Cybertronians born from the battlefield going by the names Blurr and Clobber. Joined by the shared goal, they begin a journey across the universe to get to Cybertron.
They have to face extreme weather, friends and enemies from both sides of the conflict, and even each other's company to finally start a new chapter of their lives.

Six months after Soundwave sacrificed himself to take down Tarn, Hot Rod is struggling to adjust to life in post-war Cybertron.
