What if Gantu and the Guards on the transport ship proved to be more competent than in that big escape scene in the movie? How would her life turn out without someone to save her from the constant bullying she had to endure throughout all these years?
In other words- Stitch gets out of prison and flees (or rather crash-lands) on Earth when it's nearly too late for Lilo to mend her broken heart.
