After staying behind at the medical clinic, as the rest of your team went on to tour the village, some of the native children managed to convince you to follow them into the jungle. You weaved your way through, carefully following them in the leafy maze. Approaching a large bush, they pull back the leaves and you see something none of the pre-trip preparation could ever prepare you for.
