Summary
When the Ancient God Pangea has reawakened from their deep slumber, all of the Ancient Gods have returned to restore world order. Continents are merged back into the prehistoric supercontinent and Countryhumans are finally able to live with humans in peace and harmony. Unfortunately, this peace did not last long. After one particular day, Poland meets a bizarre – also frankly, annoying – young man and witnesses him being decimated by Truck-kun (hoo boy, the infamous truck claims another victim), a strange anomaly occurs and a portal opens up to a different world named 世外, or rather, the Hallow.
In the aftermath of this occurrence, chaos ensues. This new dimension isn't what it seems, and both continents are now in danger.
Oh, and there's also cliche isekai and revenge fantasy anime tropes in the Hallow that the Countryhumans will have to deal with. The Countryhumans are once again tortured by chickenconsumer with silliness and insanity.

Octavia Vale had a problem. For her entire life, pokemon have reacted to her presence with unease at best, and outright hostility at worst. To them, she seemed to exist in the Uncanny Valley, something about her just subtly "off" in an unidentifiable way. She wanted nothing more than to have the opportunity to travel and befriend pokemon like anyone else, but it was never safe to do so. This was not a problem shared by Taylor, her identical twin. Octavia was sure that if she could just figure out what the difference between them was, then she could fix it and finally follow her dreams.
Unfortunately for both of them, she did. The difference was that Octavia wasn't human. She never had been.
Octavia Vale was an Imposter. A Ditto that had transformed into a perfect copy of Taylor as an infant and never changed back. A Ditto who could mimic the human form and had learned human speech to a degree almost unheard of for its species. A Ditto that no shortage of criminal enterprises would pay any price to capture and exploit.
Taylor Vale never wanted to be a trainer, but to protect her inhuman sister, she was willing to try anything. Even if it meant capturing and training Octavia herself.
