Summary
When a mysterious infection turns the contestants into mindless, violent creatures, Gaty must escape a hotel-turned-deathtrap and survive a world that ended overnight. Joined by a ragtag group of survivors, she fights through hordes of the infected on a desperate fifteen-mile journey to a fortified dam that promises safety. But in a world where the dead walk and trust is a luxury, the greatest threats might not come from outside the walls - and survival means more than just staying alive.
AU is created by me, GORE THROUGHOUT and MAJOR character death (sorry for broken hearts RIP) The first 10 chapters are short, but they pick up around 11!! If you need every chapter to progress the main ships, this might not be for you.
Update Schedule: I update based on hyperfixation, feedback, and inspiration, so there's no set schedule.
Multiple P.O.Vs: Two, Fries, Snowball, Gaty, Golf Ball, and may be others.
(I will update tags as needed as the story progresses.) Major trauma triggers will never be removed once added.
