Summary
“Do you not even care anymore?” Suguru breathes out, “do you not even remember her? How is it that you seem so fine after everything?” Suguru ushers, his hands moving to curl over Satoru’s wrists, prying them away from boney shoulders and back into Satoru’s lap.
Satoru stares at him, bewildered, confused.
Suguru stares back with the same shock, only this time with contempt deep within his bones.
It takes several seconds, several long, long seconds until Satoru seems to realize what it is that Suguru is saying; his lips part, and a quick breath is inhaled, sharp and stagnant.
OR, Suguru Geto is struggling with the aftermath of Riko Amanai's death. Thankfully, his friends help him, for the better or worse.

Summary
Three days after Suguru visits the Jujutsu High campus to declare war, Satoru pays him a visit in return. It’s been 10 years since they last saw each other, and Suguru has no idea what Satoru could possibly want. Suguru’s Night Parade of a Hundred Demons will simply be Suguru going through with what he said he’d do that day on the sidewalk in Shinjuku. Summary
There is no clear moment, not really, but there is one that sticks out in his mind, when he knew with a sickening sort of thud inside him, a punch to the jaw in an anything goes bare-fist fight, no chance to hide his weak spots in the aftermath.
“No.” Suguru says, enunciating carefully, as though his lack of diction is the issue.
“But Suguru,” Satoru whines, heavy on the last syllable, and Suguru can feel Shoko shift beside him.
“Why do you say his name like that?” She snips before Satoru can continue with his impassioned plea or Suguru can try to intercede, cut him off. “Just say it normal, be normal.” She kicks out and misses Satoru, standing at the edge of the bed, and hits Suguru, who grunts in response. “Oops.”
Suguru waves it off.
“When is he ever normal?” He asks, rolling his eyes at her. Shoko snorts out a laugh, her leg resting over Suguru’s shin, a comforting warmth.
“So true.” Shoko responds, flicking open her phone.
“I’m literally right here.” Satoru practically shouts, tossing his sunglasses haphazardly onto Suguru’s bedside table, “terrible friendship, terrible friends,” and Suguru closes his eyes because he knows what is coming next, “Suguru,” Satoru whines again.

He wished, briefly, that he could stand in front of Satoru’s door and fall into his space, that he could have what he wanted without asking for it. When he was younger, he would have. Did. After Riko’s death, after Satoru’s non-death, he stayed in Satoru’s room the first night he returned to the school. They didn’t talk, not really, because what could they have said? Instead, they laid on Satoru’s bed, splayed out like starfish, and when Satoru fell asleep Suguru stayed awake and watched him. That was something that he would take to his grave, because he didn’t really know if he could explain it if he tried. All he knew was that if he took his eyes off Satoru, there was no guarantee he would ever see him again. This feeling had gotten easier over time, especially now that Satoru was running Infinity at all times, but there were still moments where his heart would seize in his chest, and for a second he would hear it, all over again.

Why? Oh, that’s what you mean. Because I killed Gojo Satoru.
