First the kid breaks his rules by going out and wandering around when he should be asleep. Then has the nerve to ask for something from him. Kokichi never did have any shame for his actions, at least that’s what Monokuma knows so far by his past actions but he can’t ever really know with this kid.
“Look what do you want from me! Spill it or I’ll execute you!”
