Lando’s eyes snap open. "You did not invite your friend who uncontrollably turns into a giant to our fucking WG."
"I didn’t." he answers immediately, and Lando slumps into the chair from sheer relief. "He’s aware that in his… current conditions he shouldn’t travel. He’s not stupid, Lando, just desperate. But I told him about you."
"Me." Lando says flatly.
"Yes, about your research. And he would like to talk to you. See if you can help him figure out what’s going on with him."
"Me." Lando repeats again. "No. Why. Why?"

Lando's a folklore geneticist fresh out of his PhD. He bums around his shared flat in Berlin, goes on mental health walks, gets stoned regularly, and tries to convince funding bodies (and himself) that his research is worth supporting.
Oscar is a rising star in the world of motorsports who accidentally discovers himself to be the carrier of a previously unknown, but seemingly very dangerous Gene, which could easily end his career and potentially a few lives.
Fred, Lando's roommate and Oscar's friend, may have a solution to both of their problems. -

Oscar left him devastated, alone, and more guarded than he was before. It's Zandvoort 2025 just finished, and in the aftermath of about four different afterparties of pure depression, Lando Norris, the unluckiest F1 driver of all time, finds himself on his balcony, wallowing in self pity. The points gap to championship rival Oscar Piastri is fucking 34 now, making breaching it seem like a lost fucking hope. Not that Lando is known for his talents in the hope retention department.
As typical of him, lando gets crossfaded off his ass. His fake PR relationship 'girlfriend', Magui, left an hour ago. His family isn't here. He'd left Verstappen and Charles to snog behind a bar somewhere and hadn't seen them since. Lando feels like shite. He's inebriated.
He decides the best way to deal with his issues is to die.
The guy who stops him, is of course, fucking Piastri.

According to records, the now 25-year-old Englishman played in several championships with the English under-15, under-16 and under-17 football teams, with the latter winning the under-17 World Cup. After this glorious triumph, the world's biggest teams, such as Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, PSG, A.C. Milan and even Liverpool, offered him lucrative deals to sign the young striker after his exquisite performance in the championship.
A year later, after almost five years, Manchester United striker Lando Norris' contract is coming to an end. Throughout the season, but especially during the Eurocup, there were many rumours about the future of the young star.
Now, with less than two weeks to go before the start of the 2025/2026 season, the rumours continue to swirl. Various offers come and go, but the future of football star Lando Norris remains uncertain.
