“Told you I ain’t what you were lookin’ for.”
Rook laughs, unable to stop the wide smile from spreading across her face. “Nah, you absolutely were,” she says softly, checking to make sure her tits were back inside her tank top.
He snorts, but his lips slightly curve upward. “You go on and have yourself a nice night, darlin’.”
For some reason this makes her cheeks turn pink. A minute ago he was about to enter her and now she’s feeling shy? She can tell there’s a glint of amusement in his eyes as he watches her begin to back away. It’s highly unlikely that she’ll ever see him again, but for some reason she has this tiny suspicion she will. So Rook musters some of that boldness from earlier and speaks her truth.
“I will, and I hope you do too. But you should know…I’m not finished with you just yet.”
The man’s eyes widen just a bit and he lets out a soft chuckle as he flicks the embers from his cigarette. “Well is that so?”
She grins at him, shaking her head affirmatively as she continues backing away.
His lips twitch up in a small smile. “Hmm, perhaps the stars will align.”
3 years later, Rook is shocked to see her redheaded stranger once again...behind Joseph Seed.

Summary
Jacob was idling in captivity, patiently waiting his turn in the interrogation room. He had hoped that he would be able to siphon useful information from his captors for his people. It would’ve likely ended in his death, but it was a small price to pay for a potential advantage for his people. Jacob was supposed to be next on the chopping block, but there was a sudden buzz of commotion.
When he leaned against the bars to listen, he was able to pick out the name ‘Croft’. A moment later, the large, brutish man known as Konstantin passed through the cells, followed by the blonde woman he called ‘Ana’, his sister he presumed. Behind them, a bunch of soldiers and to his surprise, a woman, being dragged by her arms.
Whoever she was, she was clearly of significant importance to their foes.

Summary
At the end of New moon after Jacob shifts he imprints on Edward. Jacob takes up being Edwards best friend/brother/guardian believing he would want to stay together with Bella. Their relationship is strong and happy.
But unlike other imprint stories about a month later an ancient trickster spirit of the Quileute named Bayaq (The Raven) sends Jacob back into time to 1916 two years before Edward becomes a vampire.
Jacob has no idea why the trickster would do this but it has been known to also help his tribe just as much as harm it. So is this a gift or a horrible prank?

One of the worlds that Chuck goes to destroy is saved by one Dr. Jacob Glaser, who wakes up in the middle of an abandoned street, in an abandoned town in Lebanon, Kansas following an electromagnetic shock wave that threatens to turn Stonehenge into a world-wide Chernobyl. There he meets two hunters and…and God? Why does God look like Justin Beiber? WOW. And people back home think he is crazy? All this makes robot heads on the moon sound pretty innocuous.
Still, it’s better than being dead.
(Also, Dean is hiding something, and it’s Jacob’s job to uncover the truth!)
