It was the two of them, their images painted in the mirror in golden and deep blue hues of the shadowed bathroom. Her trembling, delicate fingers wrapped around the handle of the scissors. He had seen her tremor in his own fingers before, the similarity between the two figures leaving a sickening puddle of feelings in his gut.Someone has to leave first. This is a very old story. Yeosang never thought much about his sexuality- convinced he was straight by default. He never thought about the girls or guys at his school; he was worried about his grades and the future. The only time he'd thought about romance was when Wooyoung came to him and talked about all the crushes on guys he had at school, making Yeosang scrunch his face in disgust at how hormonal his best friend was. Polar opposites, as always.
And maybe Yeosang scrunched his face in disgust because he was slightly jealous. And the sudden realization that he was jealous of a guy because his guy friend wanted to get with a guy had him screaming into a pillow at how oblivious he was of his sexuality. And his feelings.
Or, Yeosang and Wooyoung, his best friend of 10 years get very homo and has Yeosang spiral into a homosexual crisis once he realizes he has fallen in love with his best friend.
