Olly has won. Mario and Luigi receive an invitation from Princess Peach to attend an origami festival and excitedly hurry to Toad Town...but something's amiss. After investigating the eerily empty town, the duo finds a fearsome (and folded) Princess Peach-she's been turned into origami by Princess Olivia of the Origami Kingdom! With five giant streamers under her control, Princess Olivia binds Princess Peach's Castle and transports it to a distant mountain as part of her plan to re-fold the world.
On his journey to liberate Peach's Castle and repair the ravaged paper landscape, Mario meets King Olly, Princess Olivia's brother, and the two join forces to put a stop to Olivia's origami onslaught. Even Bowser falls victim to Olivia's plot when his minions are turned into origami Folded Soldiers and betray their Koopa King, forcing him to ally with Mario and Olly!

Marle Clef de Nuit successfully invaded the Super Mario world, but as she was taking possession of the Mushroom Kingdom she remade into her Superfinal's Empire, the second in command of the goddess, Toad Ténébreux, discovered the book leading to the Paper Mario world...
This reignites the 1711 years old that Marle Clef de Nuit has for Princess Peach, and she jumps with Toad Ténébreux into the book to free the Paper Toads from Peach...But once they arrived in the Paper Mario world, King Olly was around, trying to invade the kingdom himself with his folded minions, and their bodies were turned into a plushie and a paper character!
Toad Ténébreux and Marle Clef de Nuit will have to deal with two problems at the same time, Peach and Olly...But, for Marle Clef de Nuit, this invasion will hit far deeper in her soul than she excpected...

However, when he arrived at the neighborhood to give his friends a surprise, he's shocked to see that they were not in their houses. The only one who is near the Rocket Room is Melody the Music Pet, who is sobbing and told Big Jet that the Little Einsteins moved away somewhere, but she doesn't know where. Even worse is that the people who told the Little Einsteins to move away told Leo and Annie to leave Melody behind. Big Jet, not wanting to lose his friends and being infuriated by the ones who mysteriously took them, decides to go on his own mission to search for the Little Einsteins with Melody by his side and bring them back home where they belong. Can they be successful or will they end up going back with nothing? Rated M because of the nature of Vyond/GoAnimate videos. Swearing, violence, etc.
