Summary
We saw in 3B-19 how Magnus suffered as a result of Alec leaving, but we did not get to see how the breakup impacted Alec. This is my take on that.

Magnus and Alec couldn't be more different yet somehow couldn't be more compatible!
Magnus is the new guy at Idris High in Brooklyn and is not the sort of guy to blend in which is evident from his love of glitter and outrageous attire. However, Magnus has a dormant and secrative past he is keen to keep that way.
Alec, on the other hand is the boy next door who's hiding in the closet while several girls attempt to open up his bolted shut wardrobe. Alec's life is difficult. Sure, he wishes he could be honest with himself about his identity, but family means everything to him and he's not willing to disappoint them for the sake of his own 'selfishness'.
2 people with 2 completely different backgrounds and 2 differing views on life. What will happen when their worlds collide in the most beautiful and brutal of situations???
