Remus Lupin is not doing okay. Ever since he heard the news that James, Lily, Sirius, and Peter were gone he wasn't okay. He had been drinking to cope and hadn't been bothered to heal his wounds from full moons.
Regulus Black didn't understand the justice system. His brother was gone for many reasons and in numerous ways Sirius has been gone for a long time. Regulus Black could care less if he lives or dies at this point.
Both Remus and Regulus have been hurt inside by the leaving of Sirius Black. Not only that but both of them have been struggling for a long time. Remus has been struggling with depressionsince he could remember and Regulus can't stop letting himself bleed out. Both of them need help so they turned to the only people who could understand their pain, each other.
This story is dedicated to my best friend who has the capability to write serious, and sometimes scary, stories that I have always struggled with writing.
