Summary

The first thing he registered was the water, but it didn’t feel right. Not at all familiar to what home was supposed to feel like. The water was much too still to be natural and the water felt overall stale and dirty.
Izuku shifted where he lay, eyes still tightly shut when his tail suddenly flared in pain. He tried to relax but everywhere just ached so horribly. Izuku breathed as deeply as he could without cringing, muscles relaxing slightly with every exhale.
