Summary
Obi-Wan Kenobi was once a tool to “heal” an adult, then a slave, then a child soldier, and remains a failure. He refuses to let other children be slaves, child soldiers, used as pawns in the snarly, bloody troubles of adults, or deemed failures despite their best efforts. So he assigns himself an additional mission on top of the on-going mission: Give as many children as possible better lives whenever he can help it, which is most if not all the times.
Well, he has to add another mission, after that has been determined: Detach the children from him and prevent them from adopting him as a parent.
Especially when, in the very first mission he undertakes after returning from Mandalorian Space, a Mandalorian child got attached to him.

Summary
Obi-Wan Kenobi leaves the Jedi Order after Melida/Daan and becomes the most prominent lawyer in the galaxy, exposing corruption on the daily. Eventually Darth Sidious decides he's had enough of Kenobi wrecking his plans and orders Count Dooku to have him killed.
Count Dooku hires Jango Fett for the job. This is a problem because Kenobi is, in Mandalorian standards, incredibly hot.
TL;DR: Obi-Wan seduces Jango with his ability to make people cry on the witness stand.

“You took my daughter from me,” Jango says. The words feel empty, coming out of his mouth. He didn’t know about Para. Isn’t sure it would have changed much the way the duchess wanted it to. He knows he didn’t sleep with her, but there Para is, Fett-faced and small.
“She’s my daughter,” Satine snips back. “Unless you want to stay now.”

When Satine comes to power, she reaches out to the last Mand’alor, who follows a Codex that she finds she can at least put up with on her own terms. Jango Fett, however, wants nothing to do with her regime, even if it would give him the legal right to hunt down Death Watch. After all, he doesn’t want to punish any of his people for following their traditions instead of the new Duchess’s sweeping “reforms.” When he refuses, though, she legally exiles him and swears to put a bounty on his head if he ever re-enters the system.
“I’m not going to be your propaganda piece or your trophy or your enforcer,” Jango snarls at the duchess.
