Summary
Din is nine years old when The Tribe takes him in. He is thirteen when Paz stops being his friend. He is fifteen when he is chosen to train as a hunter. He is seventeen when his teacher is killed and he has to hunt alone.
“Hey, it’s time to let go,” he said, his voice uncharacteristically soft for a member of Death Watch. “We’re here.”
The child clearly didn’t want to, but he let himself be put down on the ground and looked around curiously, taking in the gently swaying trees and the blue sky. The sun was bright today and Mandalore was an immense outline in the sky. It caught the child’s attention and Keb watched his young eyes widen in wonder before he spotted the other shuttle and the huge man in front of it.
The warrior crouched down to the child’s level. “This man is going to take you to your new home,” he said, gesturing to Keb. “There are other children there, some of them foundlings like you. They’ll train you to be strong, and one day, if you want to, you can be one of us.”Can be read independently from the previous story in this series

Certain sections that have already been written will eventually become a cohesive fic. Follows the Mandalorian season 3. Written before Ahsoka but implied something happened to get Ezra back.
Ahsoka couldn't train Grogu, not while looking for Ezra, so she sent one of the Jedi she knew could. Jedi Master Ilya is a wandering Jedi trained on Jedha, and her mission in the unknown regions in the latter half of the war saved her from the purge. She spent most of the time during the empire covertly rescuing fellow force-sensitive, meeting some of the big names the empire was hunting. While training the little green chaos goblin, she falls in love with Mandalorian culture, and with one specific Mandalorian.

Summary
Mandalorian courtship is very simple: declare your interest in someone, spend time together if they reciprocate, and get married after a year or so. Getting married is even easier – simply swap the vows and announce it a few days later to the Tribe so you can all celebrate the happy news. Then spend the next few months fending off the nosy Elders (who all want to know when they can expect to hear more little feet on the ground). At the end of it all, Mandalorians court the same way the rest of the galaxy does.
Except for Paz Vizla. Despite his Traditionalist background, he goes about this courtship and marriage business in a very nontraditional way...a very, very, very nontraditional way.
