Summary
In a fractured New York, the Turtles have seized control of the Foot Clan, reshaping the legendary ninja organization under their rule and executing anyone who opposes them. A chance arises with the discovery of Dark Azure, prompting Karai to lead her Foot Clan to retrieve it and turn the tide of the war. As the Turtles’ Foot Clan and Karai’s faction hurtle toward inevitable confrontation, both sides prepare to settle a legacy of vengeance, loyalty, and the fight for the true power of the Foot Clan.
