Raphael Hamato, an 17 year old High School student who was now is his senior year with his twin Donatello and his other friends. For anyone that would be great, but Raphael it isn’t.
He and Mona Lisa drifted apart and broke up, she was now with Slash, which he didn’t mind. Casey and Donnie were hanging out more, Mikey was always with his friends, and Leo was in community college to keep a better eye on them. And Splinter? He was on a business for who knows how long, all Raphael knew was that he was always.
That’s he thought until a couple of months after The Shredder was “defeated”, Raph met other people just like him. Powers and all.
Things take a turn when Foot Bots and other new mutants show up, including Shredder’s old pals and himself. That’s when Raphael decides it’s time to longer hide behind everything and to do something great, even if it meant putting himself in danger.

The threat of 18's Bishop and his mysterious plans are far too great, and could mean dire consequences! Not just for Universe 18 and 03, but the entire turtle multiverse!
The eight brothers are now on a mission to travel across the turtleverse, warn their counterparts about Bishop, and hopefully keep a disastrous future from being anything more than a nightmare.

Summary
After defeating Kavaxas and Savanti Romero (again), the turtles go home and try to go back to a form of “normalcy”. Unfortunately, a shadowy branch of the U.S. government has been investigating New York as the beacon of mutants, time masters, demodragons, and aliens. With the turtles hunted down and placed in a covert max security facility, all “normalcy” is thrown out the window. Now the goal is to escape, and the government isn’t letting them go without a fight. To make things even more complicated, one of the inmates has vengeance on the agenda and if you're not with them, you're against them.
Season 5 seemed to have more filler arcs than actual plot. Retconning the 1987 arcs, the When Worlds Collide arc, the Edo arc, and ignoring the Apocalypse arc, I am introducing a plot arc of real world consequences from the spectacular adventures of the turtles. Alternatively, the reader could see this as a setting that takes place before the aforementioned arcs but after the Demodragon arc. This also touches a bit more on death, and the effects of which on the characters.

New York is rebuilt and the Mad Dogs are back to their normal life. A chance encounter with a familiar looking mutant quickly leads them down another path to an earth ending threat, but it isn't their world that needs saving this time.
A story that follows unraveling the mystery of a sister counterpart being displaced from her dimension as the Rise brothers and their family endeavor to lend their aid. In pledging to get her home, they also promise to help solve the crisis her New York is facing, leading to many encounters with both old and new faces. A new set of siblings, a new set of circumstances - one big family coming together to face their greatest threat yet.
Heavily focuses on themes of learning to love oneself, forgiveness, overcoming trauma, and strengthening familial bonds. Features many Rise-ified characters from various iterations, insert artwork for specifc moments (chapters 18, 24, 31, 39, and 50 currently), and is planned for four major arcs. Arc One spans chapters 1-18, Arc Two chapters 19-49, and Arc Three chapters 50-68. Arc Four starts in March 2026.

Shen and Yoshi ran away to New York with their daughter Miwa after the terrible events that took place in Tokyo. Saki, who was once Yoshi's brother and Shen's dearest friend, betrayed them. He tried to kill Yoshi and almost killed Shen as well as trying to kidnap baby Miwa but Shen saved the day.
Unfortunately, Saki still lived...Tokyo was no longer safe. So, abandoning their family and everything they have ever known, they went to New York like Shen had always dreamed, going under false names to keep hidden from Saki. As far as he and the world knew, Shen and Yoshi had died that night in the fire.
It was hard being in an unfamiliar place with no family or friends to turn to but Yoshi and Shen made it through, like they always do. Together they raised their daughter and...their quadruplet sons, named: Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo.
