At the reminder of his grandpa, Green felt something inside him snap. “He’s never cared about me before! He’d probably be glad if I disappeared off somewhere so he could finally stop having to explain to all his colleagues why I'm such a failure!”
Red looked shocked, which was fair, because Green didn’t tell Red anything about his relationship with his grandpa. He’d never told anyone. And for a moment, he thought about how gramps would’ve loved to have a grandson like Red. A fast learner, naturally talented at everything, polite and nice to everyone, obedient, and perfect.

Green teaches the new kid, Red, how to skateboard. What he didn't anticipate though, was for Red to be so good at it. This brings up some deep rooted issues. -
