He looked like he came from money; perfect porcelain skin, not a speck of dust on him, nor a hair out of place.

Ohhhh god. What a ride. Well written and developed. Very good. Very in character too, especially Sasuke being a frustrating asshole.
Of course, I’m as conflicted about it as I was watching the show. I guess that’s why I don’t read that much of this ship in canon settings—I never think Sasuke deserves Naruto. Naruto definitely has trauma about the way Sasuke mistreated him, too, which I appreciated in this fic. He’s very insecure and anxious, it’s very real in that way—which, again, Naruto deserves better.
But it’s obvious Naruto loves him anyway, so. Yeah. Messy, lots of angst and miscommunication. Great story, even though Sasuke is a jerk, he at least is self aware lol.
