Summary
A hundred years after the Decepticon victory at the end of the great civil war of Cybertron, Shockwave begins a new, rather indulgent scientific test.
The purpose of the Re-Forge experiment is to see if a spark taken from a purpose-built cold construct mech can be put into a new protoform and naturally form a new frame according to its innate coding, and to investigate how similar or different the resulting mech might be, physically and mentally, from its former incarnation.
The spark of the captured Autobot officer Prowl, previously stored in stasis, is an ideal candidate for this experiment, since much is already known about the mental characteristics he exhibited as a cold construct.
Reborn with the frame he was always meant to have, and with no memory or awareness of his past existence, the spark of Prowl begins a new incarnation of life as a Decepticon and chooses a name for himself, Venator.
Following an assasination, Venator is sent to track and capture the last Autobot known to still remain free, Jazz.

Summary
I read a soulmate au with Jazz being a finmech, Prowl winning a lottery to get to a special off limits island and finding out they were soulmates.
Instead of a soulmate test there is a compatibility test and I gave Prowl a kid, making this longer to set up. Full credit to the original author and if I find that story again I will put what it was here.

Summary
Prowl could have missed all the signs pointing to the possession were he not attuned to the ebbing flow of a spark's nature. Bumblebee's spark tasted like a playful shock, airy and floating without a care. This thing reeked of acid, suffocating and pushing the spark so far down that it honestly should have snuffed itself out.
Or; in a desperate bid to save the future, Bumble Prime manages to go back in time with the sole goal of killing Blackarachnia before she can even begin to experiment with creating Predacons. Unfortunately, this one-way trip requires a stable frame... and Bumblebee's the only one that would be spark compatible with his own.

After her father goes missing and she's kicked out of her home by Powell, Sari struggles with the transition of her former life to being under the care of the Autobots full time. The Autobots, too, are doing their best to juggle taking care of their little friend and protecting the city from the growing threat of the Decepticons. Somehow, they're able to make things work, but not without a lot of hiccups.

the war was over as the Autobots won and took down Megatron as they captured some of the Decepticons and other seekers as they found out the seekers were just sparklings with their adult upgrades as ratchet works on ungrading their adult upgrades back to their sparkling forms. much to Thundercracker displeasure, as he and skywarp are in distress as they don't see their third brother on the ark as they started assuming the worst happened to him.
once Starscream awakens from his cell that he was placed in on the nemesis with no traces of his memories of his present life as he could only remember of his past life as he held those memories closely to his spark as the Autobots found out more about his past from him, Skywarp, and Thundercracker they become more morbid on who could hurt such a sweet innocent sparkling.
