(It's important to remember that this still takes place in a fictional world, where multiple species exist with one another, much like regular Dragon Ball, so not everything is going to be historically accurate to the time period; I just want you guys to keep an open mind and bear with me as this is my first fanfic. When we first meet Trunks, he's living in an apartment owned by a rehab facility—becoming antsy about going home in the near future—when a few of his friends, his parents, & unexpected guests show up. He receives news that he had gotten a one-night stand pregnant with quadruplets when he was in a bad place. He is given the choice to take custody of his children. When the babies are proven as his, Trunks immediately decides to take responsibility.
However, even though he wouldn't be in that apartment much longer, he didn't figure he & 4 babies could fit there well.
Well, guess what. Bulma had that taken care of—even before they found out about the babies. So, Trunks & his babies end up moving back home. & he finds he has a long road ahead of him.
