Danny was starting over! He'd done the death, he'd lost his family and everything he's ever known, and he's even tried the whole insanity bit. But no longer! He is going to live (sorta) and remember how to be human and have personal connections!
This would be a very wonderful plan if he could actually remember how he made friends before dying (he's pretty sure he was just adopted by Tuck and Sam, actually), and if his whole plan to stay in this realm didn't also hinge on him being able to complete that task. And it would help if he was able to get support from the bat themed vigilante network in Gotham. And if they would just believe him that he was an actual ghost and not some delusional meta.
When a cult starts to use ghost deals in favor of demonic deals, he figures this is a way to get his ectoplasmic foot in the door of becoming at least coworkers with the local Bats. Unfortunately, they may already see him as a threat all on his own.

Summary
Nightwing is hit by a spell that has takes about a decade off his age. This whole situation would be a footnote in a report if that were the only problem, but about a decade ago he didn’t know Jason, Tim or Damian. Dick had left the vigilant life behind so he wasn’t in contact with Bruce or anyone from their teams and communities. Oh and Bruce is off world with Clark and Diana so there is no help from that corner.
His other little problem doesn’t appear in any aspect of this life he now lives and he is left to ask what happened?

He isn’t one of Bruce’s children, he’s his colleague, and they work well together. What Bruce doesn’t know is that Tim is also an excellent liar, and that he’s built a strong, brotherly bond with his dead son Jason, not that Bruce knows much about Tim’s personal life anyways.

Oww, Peter thought blandly as he shifted- no, scratch that, tried to shift- onto his back but quickly decided that wasn’t in his best interest. Voices, both his own and not, swam in his head like a wave beating against his forehead.
“They’re coming here because of me, right? Because I’m Peter Parker? So cast a new spell, make everyone forget who Peter Parker is. Make everyone forget me.”
“It wouldn’t be enough. Your very presence would destabilize this universe.”
Peter finally managed to roll himself over onto his back, ignoring the sharp pain that shot through his spine at the movement enough to sit up and look around. He was in an alley which thankfully held no occupants save himself and the trash littering the ground.
“But I can… I can send you away. To a place where there is no Peter Parker. No Spiderman.”

Tim sighed. He knew Dick was too busy to read the full debriefs for files he wasn’t actively working on, but for him to mess up such a simple bit of information was laughable. Instead of correcting his brother, or being pedantic about Dick’s word choice with “a few”, Tim took the high road and simply rolled his eyes and began to make his way up the stairs on his own again.
After all, Tim hadn’t been shot.

“Hey! Yeah, you, the guy in red. What do you want?” He called again, irritation threading through.
Red Hood didn’t answer. He just stood there, still, staring at him through the mask. Peter figured maybe he was deciding something.
Whatever it was, it wasn’t his problem.
His mouth opened, ready to tell him to piss off. But the words that came back weren’t his. They rolled out of the helmet in a deep, modulated voice:
“You’re smarter than I thought.”
Peter felt his stomach drop. Because—what the fuck?
Peter has made bad choices before, but Gotham is the one that bites back.
