Summary
What happens when you get darker than dark?
Can you bring what you see in the black abyss into the light?
Spamton and Tenna are some of the strangest monsters in the underground, seeing as they don’t function like normal monsters. No one seems to understand what they are, not even themselves. The unlikely duo have made their home in the dump, always looking for answers and peace of mind with their own inner struggles.
I’ve seen a lot of Undertale AU versions of Tenna and Spamton, so I decided to take a crack at writing something for it!

Summary
Years after monster and human society merge, a young monster returns to the Underground with the intention of finding a story to tell. She finds that story in a stack of well loved letters between one Cathode and Mailman.
NOTICE: The final arc of this story contains implied suicidal ideation and serious self-destructive behaviors. If you are not in a position to read this sort of thing, you can stop reading after Chapter 22 and skip from there straight to the epilogue!

Summary
Monsters vary a lot from each other, some tall, some short, some fleshy, and others more mechanical. Yet, they were all united as the Kingdom of Monsters, as that's what they have always been, monsters.
Yet, that wasn't the case for all of them. Most monsters would point to Mettaton as an example of this, but he wasn't the only one.
Tenna hadn't always been a monster. He wasn't quite sure what he was before, but he should have been just a TV. His memory of his past were a bit fuzzy at times, but he remembered his first family quite well at times. He remembered their ups, their downs, and their fall.
Tenna sorta remembers how he got here, living in the Dump with Spamton.
(My take on Tenna's past in the Trash Heap Au/this series!)

Summary
Tenna, a boss monster, still remembered the surface. He allowed himself to get lost in the memories from time to time, of better times before the war, when he could stretch out in the sunlight and enjoy the warmth. When he could still entertain human and monster alike. These days he doesn't do much other than reminisce on better times and hope that he lives to see the barrier shattered. But that's okay, at least he's not alone!
Meanwhile, Spamton Recruits the most tollerable people he knows, Ramb and that kid that likes to come around, Suzy, for help bringing a little piece of the surface down to the underground for Tenna.
Whumptober day 29: "I hope you see the sun someday in the darkness."

Summary
It hurt - trying to move the arm at all when it was this uncooperative burned like acid in his servos - but Tenna was stubborn as anything. After a few moments of trying, and Spamton yelling at him to sit still, he finally managed to swing his arm out enough to present his hand.
"Here," Tenna said quietly, shaking with effort. "You can take the ring back."

Undertale Trash Heap Spamtenna AU.
Or, the one in which Tenna is badly damaged, and he's terrified that he won't be enough for Spamton.
