Because everything should be fine now- the threat is gone, the Agency is all alive and safe, and things are back to normal! Ergo, there should be nothing wrong.
But for some reason, tensions were rising. Yosano spiraling, Kunikida and Atsushi’s crisis, and whatever was going on with Dazai. The Agency refused to talk to each other as they used to, that synergy once there had been lost after the battle. Perhaps they used it all in the fight. Typically, these predicaments would either be healed over time or simply placed on the back burner, but now everything was off rhythm.
In the back of his mind, Ranpo knew the cause of this shift; he just hated it- refused to believe this was truly the outcome.

The resemblance triggers painful memories of her past, causing Yosano to panic. She retreats to the medical room, where she is confronted by a distorted reflection of Mori in the mirror, leading her to faint.
