“Haaah!?” Chuuya snaps, eyes narrowing at the boy below Osamu. Said boy flinches, curling into himself slightly. “We’re 200 fucking years into the future?” He growls.
Osamu sighs at Chuuya’s yapping, “That’s what he said, isn’t it?”

Osamu Dazai was always a strange child. He rarely expressed emotion or pain, and he had been independent since childhood. Suddenly, Dazai clocks back into his body with a surge of adrenaline at the sound of the motorcycle approaching at a fairly high speed. It starts to slow down as it approaches, but not enough to fully stop, more like they’re slowing enough to use an ability or fire a firearm.
The only coherent thought in his brain is screaming “Protect Atsushi!”, and so he acts accordingly.
“Move!” Dazai shouts, shoving Atsushi out of the way.
He hears no gunshot and feels a millisecond of calm. Ah. It was an ability so it’ll dissipate upon hitting him-
