Smallfolk dubbed it "The War of the Red and Bronze Dragons," after the colors of Vermithor and Caraxes, the dragons of the rival kings. Yet, history would remember it by a more evocative name:

An AU based on the idea that all thirteen children of King Jaehaerys and Good Queen Alysanne survived childhood and had children of their own.

Summary
The Children of King Jaehaerys and Queen Alysanne survived their childhoods and had their own families. How does this change the course of Targaryen's history? Will they thrive and survive or bring the Doom to the Seven Kingdoms?
- Part 1: The Dragon's Heirs follows House Targaryen from 104 AC to the Regency of the Dragon. Different Targaryen cadet branches fight over control of the Iron Throne and the Dance of the Dragons becomes our main stage. Ser Daemon Skyfyre tries to undermine his cousin, King Aerys Targaryen, at every turn until the inevitable war comes to engulf them all.
- Part 2: The War of the Dragons: War breaks between the Blacks (led by King Aemon Targaryen) and the Reds (led by King Daemon Skyfyre). As each side tries to get the upperhand on the other, the Seven Kingdoms observes in horror as the House of the Dragon eats itself.- Words:
