Summary
Tim can be anything but a normal child, and it's all because his provenance is not the most normal in the world. As a child he is kidnapped by a monster and forced to live the tragic life of a demigod.
And all that gets worse when he starts living in a camp for people with the same problems. So far so good, his life goes on as normal as possible (if it can be considered normal to fight against monsters from Greek mythology), but one fateful day, his destiny is crossed with Percy Jackson, a demigod like him.
And everything gets worse.
Or: Tim is a demigod, and unfortunately that means dying young.
Part of a series, it is recommended to read the previous parts, but it is not completely necessary.

Summary
Victory did not mean freedom.
Tim Drake had learned that too late. Surviving the Hunger Games had only made him another piece of the spectacle. A victor was nothing more than a living reminder of what happened when you defied the Capitol.
But the Quarter Quell was not a punishment. No. It was an execution disguised as entertainment.
When his name was called again, he did not feel fear. He did not feel anger. Only the certainty that this time, there was no way out. No victory.
Because in these Games, the tributes were not children fighting to survive. They were legends forced to die.
And the Capitol would not let them escape twice.
