He was demoted to Observer and Astatine was promoted. But another entity simply knows as The Witnesses escaped its universe it caused so much chaos, Trigon was able to extend his influence over another section of the Multiverse anc set Father, the dwarf in the flask free from Truths Door. Seeing they need more admins, they gave Ruth one more chance by making him the new admin to a chat to deal with Trigon and Father's escape. Astatine is was only an observer, to only watch a small section of the Multiverse, but his boss Ruth messed up big time. Ruth wasn't paying close to his subordinates actions when one died in a breach of reality that has disastrous consequences. After getting promoted to administrator. Astatine must get the help from the surrounding universes around the breach to stop the one who caused such destruction. Solaris. So like many other administrators done before. He hopes that creating this chat can fix what his former bosses incompetence has done to the Multiverse.
