Summary
Desperation isn't something new for Nico; he's known all sorts of hunger, loss, and despair. This time, however, he's faced a new kind of desperation. One that can not be satisfied without the touch of the golden-haired boy, and it's all thanks to his age-old enemy.
Nico and Will inhale the scent of Apollo's hyacinths after Eros tricks them into it, which should not have been a big problem if those flowers weren't the strongest magical Aphrodisiac on the planet. Now, they not only need to face the consequences of breathing in the pollen of Apollo's hyacinths, but also a desire that lurked below.

I'm a sucker for Historical fiction, and this is practically fan service for the history nerds.
I love how minorities and discrimination are portrayed in this, and how the subtle exclusion is consistent throughout the fic to remind us how real these problems are!
Also, I have officially adopted Jason and Estelle because of this fic. I love them so much.

Summary
Will Solace has enough problems. Between juggling two jobs, surviving pre-med classes, and making sure his roommates don’t burn down their Harlem apartment, the last thing he needs is a hopeless crush on campus legend Nico di Angelo.
But try telling that to his heart.
Nico and his rich, mysterious, ridiculously good-looking best friends (affectionately dubbed “Nico and the Seven” by students who can only dream of being that cryptic) are the stuff of gossip and wild rumours. Mafia ties? Maybe. Vampire coven? Sure. Time travelers from an alternate dimension? Definitely plausible.
Will’s sure he’s never stood a chance… until a spilled drink, a cigarette on a balcony, and one very unexpected dinner invitation send him spiralling into Nico’s orbit. Now he’s stuck somewhere between flirting and a full-blown existential crisis.
