    Poseidon’s jaw tightened. The tide rose.

    “So no,” I continued with a shrug. “I don’t think it counts.”

    Percy Jackson wasn’t meant to be the world’s savior again, or locked away to be sharpened into a weapon. And he certainly didn’t belong to Poseidon. I found him when no one else was looking.

    "Which means he’s mine." I smiled.

    This love turns to obsession, and Zephyrus soon kidnaps the demi-god.

    Annabeth turns to the gods, upon finding her boyfriend missing, and a search pans out, with demi-gods, huntresses, satyrs, nymphs, and gods alike searching for the lost demi-god.

    During this, Zeus finally drops the rules, allowing the gods to see their children, but of course, the children are hostile, after everything they've been through.

    After months of no signs, Percy finally shows back up, in the arms of a god.
