Summary
NSA analyst Eleanor Bishop is tracing terrorists in the Middle East. She sometimes receives helpful info from a mysterious, untraceable source she only knows by the silly code name of 'Brown Cow'. One day, though, in their latest message she recognizes a word – just one! – that her best friend's husband likes to use -- former federal Agent Timothy McGee. Of course Ellie investigates ... and slowly gets drawn into a hot mess of espionage, high society, international terrorism, and intrigue, meets a Goth who's both a scientist and a dressmaker, a grumpy Marine vet and more, all centered around Tim's boss, one Anthony Paddington DiNozzo, CEO of global conglomerate Paddington Enterprises and no. 3 on the list of Washington, DC's most eligible bachelors. A man who clearly is Trouble spelled with a capital T. But it's Ellie's job to sort through this mess, so with DiNozzo's help, she gamely soldiers on. Not that it's exactly a hardship, mind. Besides, the snacks are plentiful and to die for ... just hopefully not literally.

Summary
Alternate universe. When Pedro Hernandez ordered the hit on Gibbs' family, only Shannon died in the car crash; Kelly survived albeit with a permanent impairment. Tony DiNozzo never met Agent Gibbs in Baltimore and therefore was never recruited by him to join NCIS.
The story starts halfway through 2009, between seasons 6 and 7; Michelle Lee, the team's probie, never killed Brent Langer, who is Gibbs' SFA, and Ziva is back in Israel for good. -

This is NOT the whole OVG anthology!
Instead, these are my contributions to the collection which was conceived and created by Cheryl Roberts and Willow Blessing almost twenty years ago. See the actual description/concept in the Notes; I switched it around because of space reasons.
All stories were written between 1997 and 2000, and the style reflects that. (Epithets ahoy! Please forgive the then-rookie writer?) Fics are listed in chronological order as presented by the airdates of episodes in both Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers and Power Rangers Zeo.
Unedited from the originals except to fix some misspellings and formatting issues. Enjoy!
