“Scrap it and let you rewrite?” Jiseok suggests.
“Arrange it better,” Jungsu corrects him. “I can help with that.”
Hm. Jiseok considers this. Two more tutoring sessions. On one hand, the fallout would be annoying—two missed band practices and two nights of dragging Jooyeon back on campus instead of lazing around and ordering takeout. On the other hand, it’s two more nights with his charming, witty, borderline-freakishly gorgeous tutor who actually wants to see him again.
This isn’t so bad after all.
(or: during a last ditch attempt to save his grade, jiseok accidentally falls head over heels for his writing tutor. this won't get in the way or anything—right?)

Crickets chirp. The air is getting crisper, and Riki tucks his hands into his armpits for warmth. How unfair; it’s only September. After everything he did to get home in time for the fall colors, an early winter would be just his rotten luck.
The silence grows heavy. Riki chews his lip, feeling out of place. Their conversations rarely surpass a few sentences, and he’s not eager to push it. Whenever they talk, Sunoo gets this expression—like he’s being fed something gross, but has to endure it long enough to be polite. When did it get that way for them? Is Riki the one making it worse?

The hotel room Jungsu booked only has one bed. A singular queen that Jiseok eyes dubiously when they step inside, his remark that “it’s a bit small” going completely unnoticed as Jungsu rushes forward to rave about the view. A low bedframe, crowded against the wall and fitted with a white comforter—one that gets speckled with shopping bags and later with sand, as the two of them stumble through the door, still damp from the sea, and collapse onto the covers.
Okay, so maybe he doesn't mind sharing.

Like every morning, when he tosses Izuku’s bento box into his face. Like when he rolls over into Izuku’s space on the bed and knees him in the stomach. Like how the space between his brows gets wrinkled whenever he gets absorbed into one of Izuku’s “shitty chick flicks,” creasing further in defiance when he’s caught.
(or: post-graduation, izuku struggles to cope with change. a reencounter, a roommate arrangement, and things become a bit more complicated—as always with bakugou katsuki involved)

(or: partitio has two fatal flaws: firstly, the innate desire to help any troubled soul he comes across, and secondly, chronically caring too much. both draw him to hikari like a moth to a flame.)
