Summary
Katsuki glances down at his unconscious burden. Blood drips like ichor from Shouto’s colorless lips, falls from gashes to spatter the ground.
A gutted vamp is a dead vamp unless all that was lost is replenished, and moribund bloodsuckers aren’t known for restraint. If Shouto fed from an extra off the street, he’d kill them—and shatter his half human heart.
Katsuki would pour his own blood down Shouto’s throat if that would accomplish anything. But Katsuki’s not human, so it won’t. There’s only one port in this shitstorm.
They need Deku.
Once upon a time, Katsuki strove to be the best at everything. He knows better now: No one can be everything for everyone. He can’t be everything, fix everything, for Shouto.
Knowing something doesn’t make it easier to accept.

Summary
Here Katsuki is. Baking under the sun with the rest of them, sand lodged in uncomfortable places. And now they’re scheming, turning their powers of evil against him.
Not against Half-and-Half, oh no. No one wants to torture Todoroki. There’s no fun in it, they say.
Katsuki, unfortunately, is more reactive.
Plus, no one’s ever quite sure what Todoroki’s thinking ’til he says it.
Katsuki, unfortunately, is more transparent.
Hence his current predicament: Standing chest-deep in the ocean with Half-and-Half perched atop his shoulders, the two of them squared off against Kirishima and Kaminari in a best-of-three game of chicken.

Summary
From an outside perspective, this may be the craziest thing Katsuki’s ever done, and he’s done some wild shit. That’s unavoidable when your college roommate is Kirishima Eijirou, who befriends Sero Hanta and Kaminari Denki, who’s best friends with Ashido Mina, who collectively spell capital T trouble.Four years of that chaos, and now look at him. Voluntarily committing to the most vexing half-and-half idiot of them all.
Shouto, at least, is worth the trouble.
Or: After months of dating long distance, Katsuki moves in with Shouto. This does not actually end the distance (at first). That’s fine. It’s only temporary. Katsuki’s not counting down the days. Not at all.

Summary
The universe is conspiring to delay Katsuki at every possible turn, and he’s over it. Summary
For years, Katsuki equates soulbonds with recurring pain so consistent you could set your clock by it. Even after he rejects the idea of fate declaring who he’ll love without his say-so— Even then, he remembers that pain. It fuels his drive to do something, to become a hero who saves people.
When he meets Todoroki Shouto, he clocks him almost immediately. Chills nip down Katsuki’s right side when Todoroki uses his ice; warmth like sunlight suffuses his left as Todoroki melts it down. If a boy with power like that couldn’t save himself, what chance does Katsuki have?

“There you are,” that’s Bakugou. Shouto doesn’t know how he knows, but he does. “Hey. I need your feet on the floor.”
If Shouto’s feet are not on the floor, then he doesn’t want them to be. He’s under again and right now, the fingers at his chest are firm.
“Mmn,” the hands on Shouto’s chest are pushing him deeper and he feels warmer. It’s better like this. “No.”
“No?” Bakugou says. He sounds like he’s laughing a little. Shouto doesn’t know what’s funny.
“No,” Shouto whispers again. “I feel good like this.”
“I fucking bet you do,” Bakugou says and it’s soft in a way that shouldn’t fit Bakugou. But it does. It fits him. He says, “But you’re dissociating, Halfie. I need your feet on the floor.”
Oh, Shouto thinks. That’s what this is called.
Or, Shouto’s struggling, and Katsuki gets it.
