Chapter Text
Something wasn't right Will knew that for sure but he still wasn't sure what it actually was but it had something to do with Mike for sure cause since they had talked Will had felt weird. It was like someone had flipped a switch in his brain and now Mike looked good like really good.
Will didn't have time for thoughts like this not when he had to stop One and basically save the world before he died.
That was another thing Will had discovered, he was going to die soon. He had been feeling different ever since he had come back to the surface but had written it off as just a change in climate but it was getting worse, he was getting worse.
Currently they were all sitting in the squawk planning but that planning wasn't really going anywhere cause well in Will's opinion these people weren't very good at this.
Will was zoning out for a while trying to ignore the pain in his head till he opened his eyes and he wasn't in the room with everyone anymore instead he was in a cave. Looking around the cave he saw there was a girl, a girl with red hair and who looked about his age.
"Who are you?" the girl asked accusing.
"I'm Will, who are you? And where are we?" Will questioned he didn't trust this place.
"Will? Like Will Byers?" she said like she couldn't believe it.
"Yes 'Will Byers'" Will rolled his eyes, this whole undead thing was really getting on his nerves "Who are you?" he retorted "And where are we?"
"Max and we're in Henry's mind" Max said still staring at him.
Right of course thats why this place seemed so shifty it was the one place he never wanted to be again, well that and the lab.
"Before you ask no I don't know how to get out of here it's a maze" Max said seemingly snapping out of her shock at Will being alive.
"I can try help you get out, I know One well we are partly sharing a mind so it might be easier for me to figure it out" Will said looking around now assessing this place.
Max looked like she was thinking about it for a while too long in Will's opinion.
"Okay Byers lets go" she said suddenly walking closer to him "lets try get out.
