It was a sad day when one had to resort to time travel because things were just so fucked up. Stiles should know. He went back to undo the whole ‘Beacon Hills is a death trap’ thing but for now he would just settle for knowing where the fuck he was. Even the year would be a nice start. Someone? Anyone?
Or, the one where Stiles travels back in time, karma comes to bite him in the ass, and he ends up as Kate Argent's hunter mentor. He didn't take Peter Hale into account either, and he definitely didn't sign up for everything that came after.

Peter Hale is still trying to put his life back together after much of his family was burned in a house fire that left him catatonic in a slow heal for years. He's not sure what he'd do with his soulmate if he ever met the person he feels now and then. He's not sure what to do with himself most days.
Christopher Argent lives happily with his beautiful wife, and brilliant daughter. He has two soulmates: one soul sense is hearing and he's heard enough to know that those howls mean werewolf, the other soul sense is touch, a sense that kicked in almost a year after his daughter was born. He wishes both soulmates well but hopes to never meet them.
Stiles Stilinski knows his soulmates are both older, never having known a time before he heard and felt things through his soul senses. His parents were soulmates and he longs for that kind of love. He can't wait to meet his soulmates, he just knows they're going to be perfect.

Summary
In the aftermath of the Nogitsune, Stiles is on the edges of the Pack – no longer trusted, and experiencing effects that no one could have suspected. Aid comes from an unexpected source, with Chris Argent and Peter Hale seeming to not only understand but want to help him adjust to the new person he has become – a person with darkness on his mind, and a desire to use what the Nogitsune left behind for something good. They decide they need to carve out a path of their own, becoming closer along the way in a manner that Stiles could never have imagined or hoped for as they make a new beginning for the three of them.

Most people don't discover their destined other half until eighteen, when their soulmate tattoo appears. But Stiles is special—he's always been special. At least that's what his mother used to tell him before she went bat-shit crazy and left him with the gift passed down through generations of her family.
