Dick is struggling with the after math of Tim’s attack. It’s plunging his thoughts back to the darkness that surrounds his own. The hands and lips that ghost his skin, making the hair on his arms stand him.
It makes him sick that he’s as triggered as he is. It’s not even fair to Tim for him to feel like this. He doesn’t want to make Tim’s recovery feel like it’s about him. It isn’t. He needs to stop thinking so much and just focus on Tim. It isn’t fair not to.

Or Dick tries so hard to be a good brother while Tim’s recovering. He tries too ignore his own trigger’s because none of Tim’s recovery should be about him. He comes to terms about what happened to him and his brothers try to help him.

This is an accompanying fic to Unexpected Guest, the first fic in this series. I highly recommend reading that one first, but you should be able to read this alone.
Mature rating may be a little strong, but there is No graphic depictions of the non-con/rape tag. It’s mostly flashbacks to reference it.
