Jay Garrick wakes up on November 11th, 1965, in a Smallville farmstead he only vaguely remembers purchasing in 1945, age 47 and not looking a day over twenty-five.
Barry Garrick wakes up nestled against their twin brother Eobard on May 15th, 1983, age 8 and best friends with Clark Kent, who lives just down the road.
This is an ordinary occurrence, just as it has been for most of the last two million or so times this sort of thing happened.

Summary
Speedsters are a lot stronger than they look, enough to land themselves firmly in the realm of super-strength. This seems obvious if you truly think about it for more than a few seconds- after all, very few humans could run carrying a grown man wearing 40 pounds of SWAT gear, nevermind one under each arm, and yet speedsters casually carry 480+ pounds of poorly balanced and floppy material in a hold that distributes weight extremely poorly.
The main reason this is not widely known is the fact that unlike Kryptonians, who are cheaty cheating cheaters with TTK, speedsters are subject to the restrictions imposed by the laws of physics- namely, the need to take into account adequate footing and leverage, weight distribution, structural instability and centers of gravity.
On the other hand, the fact that speedster super strength follows the laws of physics allows for some interesting applications, especially given that their super speed decidedly doesn’t.
Applications such as playing golf with a Kryptonian drugged up on Red Kryptonite. (Don’t look at Wally like that. Time loops get boring after a few million years.)
