Summary
"...and he touches me."
Everything stops.
Bobby doesn't know if it's concern or shock that ends up showing on his face but Buck sees it and immediately back pedals.
"No, not like that," he immediately insists.
Which still isn't very comforting.
"Then how exactly?" Bobby prods.
When Buck goes to Bobby with his complaints about Gerrard, Buck confesses to something bigger going on.
AKA a coda to s08e04 No Place Like Home in which Buck says it's "not like that" but in this story, it is like that.

Summary
“Where’s Christopher?” The question ripped out of him before he could think. “Is he okay? Did I – did I lose him?”
Buck’s face fell. “Chris is fine. He’s in Texas, remember? With your parents.”
Texas. Eddie’s mind snagged on that. It didn’t feel right. Not at all. “No,” he muttered, shaking his head despite the rip of pain it caused. “No, that’s- that’s not right. We came here from Texas years ago. He came with me. We’re here now. He’s here.” He tried to sit up, but the effort sent his body crashing back against the pillow.
“Eddie, stop.” Buck’s voice turned firm, but not angry. Just scared. “Chris isn’t here, but he is okay. He’s not lost. You’re here with me. Chris is in Texas. He’s safe, I swear.”
OR
The fallout from a major head injury blurs the lines between Eddie’s past and present, forcing him and Buck to confront an uncertain future together.

Summary
“Yeah, I guess Bobby went back to his old station. Sorry I couldn’t be more help, Mr. Torrence.”
Brad let the girl leave, his mind racing. Bobby went back to the 118? Back to his son? And he didn’t tell Brad?
It makes sense that Bob would want to be there to watch his son’s back, but he didn’t even say goodbye to Brad.
He thought he meant more to Bobby than that.
No matter. Brad would just have to remind Bobby of just how much Brad needed him. He’ll come back to him. Brad would make sure of it.
Or: Brad slowly becomes obsessed with Bobby over the course of Season 8

Buck can’t even deny it. He’s freaking out. Hard.
“Public record, Buck.” Eddie is hissing through both hands planted over his face.
Under them, Buck’s sure, his cheeks are bright apple red. Because they really, really should have paid more attention. It’s just that everything is so new. And finally being allowed to touch Eddie is such a fucking headrush that Buck can’t seem to keep his damn hands to himself. Nor does he seem to be able to keep his filthy fuckin’ mouth shut.
Not even on camera, evidently.
OR
Buck and Eddie dive head first into their honeymoon phase, take a page out of Buck 1.0's book, and remember their shiny new body cams- in that order.
