Summary
As Tokyo (and the rest of the world) responds to a rapidly changing society and environment, one that is spurred on by swift technological changes and a growing concern over increased violence from unknown sources, there is the troubling question of whether this is something the world needs to accept, or something that can be changed or fixed.
Denji is a 20-year-old young man that is at the end of his rope. After his fourth cancer diagnosis in the span of five years, he is ready to call it quits on life, until he receives a mysterious offer for a miracle cure. The results of the cure, which turns him into a dangerous and frightening chainsaw/human hybrid, bear a heavy burden.
Kobeni Higashiyama lives her life in anxiety. She struggles with the demands of her eccentric and enigmatic bosses, who call themselves The Family. Growing increasingly concerned with the ethics of her bosses and the company she works for, Kobeni searches for the answers that are obscured from her.

One full of challenges, hardship, and unexpected friends.
Of course all of the good things from this new life hinges on her actually being good at dispatching, and given how none of these people exactly want to follow her orders. It's gonna be a rough ride for poor Kobeni, at least she's getting her suit repaired out of it.
