Tali David-DiNozzo is the daughter of former NCIS agents Ziva David and Tony DiNozzo, born on September 4th, 2014. (9.4 *wink wink*) Tali spent her first 20 months with her mother, Ziva, learning Hebrew and English simultaneously. After Ziva's presumed death in 2016, Tali was brought to the U.S. to live with Tony, who left NCIS to raise her. He began his first day of fatherhood, not even knowing if little Tali knew who he was. Tali was 20 months old when Tony first met her. Tony's focus shifts from his career to his new role as a father and protector. He leaves behind a life he knew to build a new one with his daughter. While the circumstances surrounding Ziva's presumed death are tragic, Tony finds a sense of purpose and love in raising Tali. The love for his daughter helps him cope with the grief and find a new path.
