Summary
Leona, better known by her codename, Penumbra, is a spy for the Donquixote Family who excels in stealth thanks to her Moon-Moon fruit abilities. She was raised from the tender age of seven when Doflamingo picked her up off the streets and welcomed her into his family of crime. When Leona is tasked with assisting Monet in spying on the scientist in charge of producing his SAD exports, Caesar Clown, after some inconsistent reports, she somehow becomes a glorified babysitter for giant children. After investigating their strange daily candies, she discovers deep, dark secrets and ends up a prisoner in the bowels of Punk Hazard against her will. As she endlessly plots an escape plan to rescue the children under her care, a certain band of pirates spontaneously breaks in like a hurricane. But hey, she won't look this gift horse in the mouth.

“You know what, whatever. If this is the only way to get rid of you two, so be it,” she said resignedly and let go of the man, allowing herself to be led to the sub’s canteen.

This work is going to vaguely follow the events between Punk Hazard and Dessarosa. It follows that timeline and a little bit before the time skip as well as some backstory parts.
It was heavily inspired by the song number "El Tango de Roxanne".
