PESTIS GRATIAE = Plague of Grace
Desperate to defeat Raphael and save Heaven and Humanity, Castiel works with the demon Crowley to consume all of the souls in Purgatory and become as powerful as possible. Unfortunately, he accidentally consumed some of God's worst creations, Leviathans. These creatures leave Castiel's vessel with a virus that constantly tries to kill the Angel, and they scatter across the Earth, infecting other Angels as well as humans. The Winchesters, Bobby, and some other survivors all band together to put an end to the Leviathans and create a cure before all life is quickly wiped off the Universe.
(This story is an AU that takes place after the events of 06x22 and combines lore from seasons 7-13 and parts of 14 and 15.)

Stiles woke up, startled. He wasn't sure what made him jerk awake, but that whole falling in your sleep thing usually got him when he was having the best sleep of his life. It's been happening often lately, so he shouldn't be surprised. He sighed and put his arm over his eyes, resting his head back on his pillow. He could feel a headache coming on from his lack of sleep from pulling an all-nighter study binge. When he opened his eyes again and looked at the clock, he quickly clambered out of bed. “Oh, shit!” He was late for his advanced Organic Chemistry final! He could not fail this class. He didn't bother to change what he’d worn to bed and grabbed his bag, running out of the room, the door slamming behind him. So much for that coffee and extra study time he’d planned to do this morning.

Summary
Dean’s life had been made of running. He ran from a curse that had desolated his life ever since he was a child — whenever he got hurt, he turned into a goddamn human-torch, killing everyone around him — and he ran from himself and his own self-loathing.
But managing all that at the end of a world full of Croats lurking around every corner was easier said than done.
Until a mysterious man with tousled dark hair paired with blue eyes as clear as the sky during a hot summer’s day stopped him from free falling, literally. In one fell swoop, the stranger had not only saved his life but also calmed the wildfire threatening to burn everything in its wake.
There was something about Castiel that made Dean want to stop running but also hid something darker — something Dean couldn’t quite put his finger on. And between soft, pillowy lips and feather-like fingerprints, Cas could very well shatter Dean’s world and maybe help save the whole world in return.

Dean stands up and paces, once again. You follow him with your eyes, watching him take it all in. He turns back to you. He then clicks his teeth, looking at you with disbelief.
“See, now I just don't believe you. Now, tell me the truth...”, he says, clearly irritated and tired of the conversation.
“For fucks sake, Dean! I’m telling you the truth! What do I have to do to get you to believe me? Because it is me!”, you explode.
Dean looks stunned, like he didn’t expect it. You stare him down while he thinks about his answer.
“Prove it”, he says and gets closer to you, crouching down again.
You look at him and wear a confused look on your face.
“What?”, you ask.
“Prove it to me. Tell me something that only Y/N would know...”
