Pierce, a cowboy who was assigned by his boss to take care of a strange farm that was full of sheep, lying a few yards close to a cliff, for 3 months. He was told to trust no man or creature... other than the sheep. And so, Pierce did this for a month. It was painful that the days won't go by fast like they usually did during his cowboy activities during the weekends. He tried to maintain himself... repeating "Just a few more days, and I'll be out of here." And so, it's the first week of the second month. It went as usual. However, Pierce heard other unusual sounds, other than the birds chirping, the horse's hooves hitting the grass... that's unusual. Perhaps, did a monster join in with him? A hunter? ..Or just a person? His hand clings to the shotgun, not taking it out of his pocket. He's hesitant, but... "Whatever or whoever..." he recollects the emphasised words... "Trust no man or creature... other than the sheep." And he takes out his shotgun and makes his way to the source of the sounds, leading him to stacks of bale... was where he spotted a stranger. Befriend, or confront and kick him out of the place to keep the words followed?

Y’all, I rewatched Season 6, 4 and both seasons of PDH recently and was hit like a train by all the angst (especially from WAF) and like it finally clicked like exactly what Aaron would have forgotten and it hurt my heart so putting all those moments he had with Aph down will help me stay sane until November 23rd 😭
This isn’t ALL their moments (literally there’s only one scene from FCU… 😅) and I’m only done with the prequel seasons so far but like yep if you wanna remember some Aarmau with me this is for you 👍 (too bad Aaron can’t remember 😔)

Though, no matter what happens, you still want to remain by his side. Maybe there's a chance you can help him onto the right path.

This is a rewrite of a fanfic I wrote years ago, but I'm writing from my memory. To my knowledge, the original no longer exists, but I still would like this story to exist in some way. I'm taking creative liberties in order to give this story an actual plot, so it's really only inspired by the original. haha

Running away from home takes courage but it is easy, it's what you do afterwards that makes it count. You run away to become a knight, you follow every single thing said without disobedience. Even after that, what is there you can do after graduating top of your class? Set on a list for the jury of nine that you may never be able to truly earn yourself a position on the top without corruption. What then? Subject yourself to protect a lazy Lord who sits on his ass all day and could not give a single shit if you get injured while serving him. What is there to do then? Fight in wars for the better of your community, keep your friends and family safe but at what cost? To lose everything and die not a hero but a loser— the embodiment of false hope.
