Neuvillette..he still went by that name.
Why? I felt my hands shaking under the table. Hopefully, with any luck, he wouldn’t be able to tell.
He shouldn’t remember that name, yet he did.
Why? Why? Why?
He didn’t do nothing, nothing at all. It wasn’t his fault. And yet I still resented him. A small part of me did. Over the gratefulness and especially the relief.
But I owed it to him to keep a straight face, to keep calm. He didn’t need to remember the horrors I witnessed. It wouldn’t be enough to pay the debt I owed him, but it was all I could give.
No matter what, I would recognize him in any form.
But he wouldn’t recognize me.
A painful statement, yet a brutally true one. And maybe if I kept repeating it, I would actually accept it.
And so, I opened my mouth to speak. In an even, cool tone, I spoke.
“Please address me as Azura.”

Summary
Rainy season is approaching in fontaine, everyone knows during this time its unsafe to go outside due to the immense rainfall.
Neuvillette takes time off as well without notifying anyone, going to his secret house on the outskirts of fontaine where he will not be disturbed as he tortures himself going through his heat alone.Yet rainy season is somehow longer then before and Furina starts to worry about her best friend who has been missing ever since.
Clorinde starts an investigation to calm down Furina and appoints Wriothesley to find him if he truly had gone missing.Days after searching fontaine Wriothesley smells something that is somewhat familiar to him and tracks it to a house, within a cave on the outskirts of fontaine.
What he doesn't expect to find is that its none other Neuvillettes secret house... and a dragon in heat.
During the time together Wriothesley starts to get into a rut himself, stuck together, unable to admit their true feelings for each other and hiding their true forms.Aka Wriothesley and Neuvillette are both in their mating cycles locked up together on the outskirts of fontaine, unwilling to unleash their true form and feelings.

In a clear spring with a whisper of a past self slipping from his mind, Leviathan awoke. The only eyes to bear witness to such a monumental event was the blind gaze of the moon, and the gentle caress of the cool spring he was settled in to rest. He stayed that way as the moon lazily walzted along the dark sky. Not moving as he watched the first sunrise of his life, the way inky black lightened into vibrant blue. Above him, a face peers down at him curiosly. The stench of divinity clung to her, some part of the Leviathan thought to be disgusted.
“I’m Egeria,” She says after a moment, glancing at him with a small smile. “Goddess of the rivers and seas. Well, minor goddess of rivers and seas.” Egeria amends herself with a small scrunch of her nose, “It doesn’t have the same ring if I had just said goddess, does it?”
There was a small part of him that balked at the thought of entertaining this goddess. The essence of his being hissing at him that he should end her pitiful existence. It would be easy, he knows, to urge the water which he awoke in to pierce her through the heart. No amount of power she held over the seas of Teyvat could ever surpass his.

But the North is harsh in environment and opinion. Traditionalist Frostdwellers do not think kindly of Wriothesley's Tidefolk Mate or a young, idealistic Drake Warden, for that matter. There are some more Omegaverse couples like Navia & Clorinde and Freminet & Gaming and all the others that we will get to meet throughout the next chapters!In the beginning of the story, Wriothesley and Neuvilette are not together but they have strong feelings for each other and want to tell each other how they feel every day but are too scared. Too bad that the Melusines know about their feelings and one of them is going to do something about it without both of them knowing. ;)
We'll see how it goes and all the stuff that will happen after!

…Somehow, Wriothesley manages to fail every step all in one go. It’s the worst thing that’s ever happened to him. And then, slowly, the best.
Or, Wriothesley shares his body with a seelie and gives his heart to a dragon, then challenges the Apocalypse Equation of the universe. Also, he has two hands. So to speak.

Summary
Neuvillette may not understand his emotions too well, but he knows he loves Wriothesley. If Wriothesley loves him, that is a whole different question. He doesn't quite believe it to be so, at least. After all, he isn't human. And even though the people of Fontaine at large accept him, experiences of the past make him wary and hesitate to reveal too much of himself.
And as if the prophecy hadn't been big enough of a problem, he now has to navigate the consequences of regaining his full authority. And just when things finally seem to go the way he wants them to go, happy with the man he loves, everything seems to go awry again.
Saving the life of a heavily injured Wriothesley and creating a one-sided mating bond to do so is probably the least of his new problems.
(The Wriolette side story to "After Everything" and "After Our Vows". Can't say much about the update schedule yet, might be irregular since i'm writing this next to AOV, but I didn't want to deprive you of it and wait with uploading :D)
