Summary
Yuuri Katsuki had no idea that the cooler, older, foreign boy who moved in next door would have as much an effect on his life as he did, but when his college best friend and roommate, Phichit Chulanot, drags him to a college party and he's forced to see the first person he ever loved again after 10 years, and he starts to realize just how strong Victor Nikiforov's pull is.

He had helped himself to some punch when he saw him. The man was standing in a group of people talking. Yuuri let himself really take in his appearance. He had long platinum blonde hair pulled back into a mid ponytail, a thick braid wrapping from the front right side of his face to the back, and the ends lightly curled, a few of them falling over his shoulders. From there Yuuri let his eyes wander down. He was wearing an obviously expensive silk button-up tucked into tight black high-waisted pants, and the top half was unbuttoned, revealing his porcelain white skin underneath, a wonderful contrast to the dark colors. The man took this moment to laugh. Head tilted back, voice echoing right into Yuuri’s ears, and felt that long lost feeling in his gut.
Yep, that's Victor Nikiforov.
