The room would have accepted the excuse without a second thought if it wasn't for the fact that America's hair was limp and unkempt, darker at the roots from missed washes. His skin was pale, almost sallow, and the dark circles under his eyes looked like bruises. The very sight immediately sent quiet alarm bells ringing in Japan’s mind.
Their eyes met, just for a second.
America flinched and looked away.

Time to once again try my hand at writing a fic inspired by Beauty and the Beast, this time it’s a Hetalia Prussia x reader! This fic will be based off of the animated Disney movie, whatever the hell Beauty and the Beast the Enchanted Christmas is supposed to be, the live action Disney movie, the stage play, and the original story of Beauty and the Beast.
Y/N is an odd girl, at least according to most of the people in the town. When Y/N’s father takes a wrong turn to California somehow, and ends up imprisoned at Gilbert’s castle, Y/N gives up her freedom in exchange for her fathers. Now locked in an enchanted palace with a monster, Y/N must face her past, along with Gilbert’s. This is Beauty and the Beast. -
