One moment he had been doing super fine as an underpaid employee at a convenience store to make money in case no one finds any interest in him within the next four years, and the next, he's being told to pack his bags by his admittedly distanced social worker, who drove him to a shady apartment building and got him settled with the grumpy, unshaven man that lived there.

Aizawa Shouta had always wanted to be a dad, and finally got approved for fostering.
But, the child put under his care was a Quirkless, Anti-Hero, passive aggressive little maniac, but Shouta really wasn't surprised. He just had to get the kid to trust him.

Shōta scoffs audibly, then immediately snaps his gaze over to his son, sleeping soundly in bed, tucked into the corner of Shōta’s childhood bedroom. Staying with his mother isn’t viable for the long term. It would be hard for Hitoshi to grow up as a normal teenager if he had to share a room with his father.
It’s why he’s working so hard to get his art out there. There’s a show next week — maybe he can get noticed there. Maybe one day, he can say he isn’t a failure.
He feels like one, lately.
