Gura’s eyes glazed over as she stared at the TV screen, an action movie playing that she didn’t care enough about to focus on, not with Calliope Mori next to her, fidgeting with Gura's tail as it laid in her lap.
Calli’s hand started moving, and her fingertips danced down the centerline of Gura’s tail, stroking delicately down its length and back up. It tickled, though not unpleasantly, and as time seemed to stretch on slowly and Calli’s touches grew more confident, more curious, exploring the join of her upper fin to the rest of her tail and creeping towards the softer underside, Gura realized that it was distinctly not unpleasant. It felt... good. Way too good.
The movie wasn't close to halfway over, and she couldn't focus on it for even a second. She was fucked. In more ways than one, it would end up.

She's slain more werewolves and exorcised more spirits than she can count, but a mission scouting out a hunt in an unfamiliar southern kingdom has her alone and out of her depth for the first time. Even the locals don't seem to know what manner of monster is threatening them, and that's the locals who will even talk to her in the first place. Her only help comes in the form of a mysterious dark-haired girl she meets on a forest road, but does Shiori offer her salvation, or is Fuwawa merely falling right into the monster's clutches?
